When we first started our journey, we told you we would share with you the key to mastering the mind, the secret to becoming limitless. We shared with you the vital importance of living a healthy life through a clean nutrient-rich diet, fitness, great sleep, a focused career, healthy relationships, and of course, Sea Moss & Bladderwrack.
The Key: Meditation and Affirmations
The secret that we will reveal to you is the key to unlocking your limitless potential. This key is meditation and affirmations. Meditation allows you to enter the subconscious mind and begin reprogramming your life with health, wealth, love, joy and gratitude to start becoming the best version of yourself in the future. This will achieve brain and heart coherence so your body can be signalled with your new reprogrammed way of life. So you can start feeling the healthiest and achieve limitless potential.
Embracing the Journey of Meditation
Meditation can be hard at first. If you are new to meditation, you will notice how often your mind gets distracted. You will be thinking of things in the familiar past or the predictable future. This is okay. It is supposed to happen for your awareness. So you can realize how much energy you focus daily on your thoughts. This is your wake-up call to train your mind so you can become truly limitless with limitless energy. Do not give up on your meditation practice. Like anything in life, the more you do it, the better you will get.
Achieving a State of Calm
Eventually, you will be able to meditate and achieve a true state of calm. You will not be thinking of anything and will be vibrating at a low brainwave frequency, entering your subconscious mind. When entered the subconscious mind, you are now superhuman with limitless energy and potential to be the painter of your present moment and future destiny.
Quantum Physics and Frequency
If our brain creates brainwaves, we are both particle and wave. Waves are a frequency, and everything around us is vibrating at a frequency. This frequency is what gives us energy. So we are both matter and energy. When waves are coherent and synchronized as they begin to interfere with one another, we begin to create bigger waves. The higher the waves, the higher the amplitude. This increases our frequency, giving us more energy because the brain and heart are more coherent.
Tapping into the Invisible Field of Energy
There exist a world outside our human senses. We cannot see particles, waves, frequency and the quantum field. We are only able to see our three-dimensional world that can be measured by length, depth and width. We have this invisible field of vital life force surrounding us. This is a visible field of energy that is 3 metres long. It is an invisible field of light and information that we can draw from to receive more energy and new information. This is what makes us limitless, by drawing from this limitless field of energy around us.
Attuning to Higher Frequencies
If we believe in god, we believe in a higher power and higher energies of frequency. This is the key to our meditation. When we meditate and achieve a higher frequency, we are able to draw from these new levels of attainment. We are able to start thinking of new ideas, being more creative, and feeling healthier because we have new forms of energy in the brain and heart, signalling all the biological processes in our body.
Living in the Present
We are no longer living in the familiar past and the predictable future. We have the limitless energy to create limitless possibilities. We choose the thoughts we have with our brain that determine the emotions felt in our hearts. You are limitless.
Applying Your Understanding
We have completed the first part of our journey, your understanding of the mind. The second part of our journey is the application of what you have learned, so it can start impacting your life immediately so you can feel truly limitless.
The Importance of Regular Meditation
We recommend meditating daily. Many teachers of meditation will say to meditate for 10-20 minutes a day. They recommend using music, an app, focusing on your breathing or following some form of script. The definition of meditation is the art of doing nothing. Meditating for 10-20 minutes a day is not enough time to enter that true state of calm and meditation, especially for beginners.
Challenging Your Potential
To become limitless with limitless health, wealth, love and joy means to challenge yourself with your limitless potential. We strongly recommend meditating for 1 hour a day for 60 days minimum. Do not miss a single day if you are up for the challenge. After 60 days, you will truly feel the benefits and our guidance will no longer be needed. You will incorporate it as a new way of living every day for the rest of your life and limitless eternity.
The Journey to Becoming Limitless
It takes time for your mind to settle down. To lower your thoughts and brainwaves. To increase your frequency so you can properly affirm your manifestations to reprogram your subconscious mind and life. This is a journey to becoming limitless. No apps, no music, nothing. Sit down, close your eyes, and do not focus on anything, not even your breathing. With repetition, you will notice your mind will start to think less and you will achieve this state of limitless energy and healing.
Reprogramming Your Mind
The most important part is what you do after the meditation. Since you enter your subconscious mind during your meditation, there is no analytical mind that separates the veil between your conscious and subconscious mind. You have entered this realm of your mental programming. So you must program your mind immediately after the meditation to reprogram your future destiny of limitlessness.
The Power of Positive Affirmations
After the meditation, speak to yourself out loud with passion and love in front of the mirror. Each positive affirmation is being said with a coherent heart and coherent brain. To properly affirm, you must properly signal the brain, and feel the emotion with the heart. Saying “I am healthy” is not enough. Instead, you must say “I am healthy. I am so grateful for being healthy”. This is signalling the mind with the thought that you are healthy and feeling the emotion of being healthy with your heart.
Achieving Brain and Heart Coherence
This is the brain and heart coherence. This is signalling all the biological processes in your body to neurologically communicate with each internal brain to feel healthy, to signal and achieve a healthy state of body and mind. The most important part of mastering this key is understanding that the thought sends the signal out and the feeling draws the event back.
Broadcasting Your Intentions
As you begin to open your heart and broaden your field, that energy is the carrier of that thought. You must ask yourself, are you meditating daily, what are you broadcasting daily? Are you creating a clear intention with an elevated emotion daily? When your heart is open, you feel connected to the energy of your future, you feel limitless. Because you are limitless.

Committing to Your Ritual
